The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has disclosed details about a video that may be related to unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), following a March 6, 2026 request from eight members of the U.S. House of Representatives for access to 51 potentially UAP-related records held by the Department of War and the Intelligence Community.

According to AARO, the video—titled “Hi-Res: [CALLSIGN] Observes UAPs on 23SEP19 at 1715Z”—was likely captured by an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform operating in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility in 2019. The footage was uploaded to a classified network in November 2019 and is among a collection of records identified by AARO, many of which reportedly lack a fully substantiated chain of custody.

The nearly five-minute video primarily shows one or more “areas of contrast” moving through the sensor’s field of view. Beginning around the 45-second mark, a contrast object briefly enters and exits the frame. Additional objects appear later, prompting the sensor to pan and adjust its settings in order to track them. Throughout the recording, multiple contrast signatures enter and leave the field of view while the sensor continues tracking activity. The footage also contains several brief black-screen interruptions.

The video’s description is provided strictly for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as evidence of a UAP event, nor as an analytical conclusion regarding the nature, authenticity, or significance of the observed objects.

Certain details have been redacted to protect eyewitness identities, government facility locations, and potentially sensitive military information unrelated to UAP investigations. AARO stated that no redactions were made concerning information related to the nature or existence of any reported UAP encounter covered under President Trump’s disclosure directive.
