“Tic Tac” UAP – USS Jackson
Possible observables:
Positive Lift
In 2023, the U.S. Navy observed four UAPs with a “TIC TAC” shape off the coast of California. Crew members aboard the USS Jackson recorded the sightings from the Combat Information Center (CIC). One of the unidentified craft was seen rising from the ocean and seamlessly transitioning into flight, showing a clear ability to move through both air and water. There were no signs of conventional propulsion systems, such as exhaust or heat trails, detected from any of the objects. Shortly afterward, the UAPs performed a rapid, synchronized exit, suggesting coordinated movement. The craft’s purpose, origin, operators, and intentions are still unknown. These objects remain officially unidentified.
- Four “TIC TAC” shaped UAPs were tracked, with one highlighted in FLIR footage.
- Several reconnaissance systems, including RADAR, confirmed the presence of the craft.
- No traditional propulsion or flight control mechanisms (like exhaust or heat signatures) were detected.
- The objects were self-illuminated, and one was observed rising from the water and transitioning to flight, demonstrating transmedium travel.
- The UAPs departed together in a synchronized, instantaneous fashion, indicating possible communication or coordination.
- The origin and destination of the craft remain undetermined.
- The operator, capabilities, purpose, and intentions of the craft are still unknown.
- The craft remain classified as unidentified.
This “Tic Tac” shaped UFO video was shared during a Congressional hearing on UFOs held Sept. 9 by the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets. The video shows a Feb. 15, 2023 UAP incursion that Chief Alexandro Wiggins witnessed aboard the USS Jackson, west of San Diego over the Pacific.
The video, in which Wiggins can be heard in the background, shows a “self-luminous, Tic-Tac-shaped object” that Wiggins said “emerged from the ocean before linking up with three other similar objects.”
Wiggins said the objects “disappeared simultaneously with a highly synchronized, near instantaneous acceleration,” adding, “what I observed, and what our crew recorded, was not consistent with conventional aircraft or drones as they appear on our system.”
The video, recorded using a Star SAFIRE system, showed no conventional propulsion signatures, no exhaust plume and no control surface articulation, according to Wiggins.
